Refund & Return Policy 

Our policy for refunds and returns spans a duration of 30 days. If a month has passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide a full refund or exchange.

 

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging.

 

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable items like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned.

 

Additionally, we do not accept intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

 

Additional non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Some health and personal care items

 

To initiate a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Partial refunds may be granted in specific situations, such as:

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Returns made more than 30 days after delivery

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

 

For late or missing refunds, please check your bank account first. Subsequently, contact your credit card company, followed by your bank. If the issue persists, reach out to us at kristinleest@gmail.com.

 

Sale items are only eligible for refund if they are regular-priced; sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are applicable only for defective or damaged items. To request an exchange for the same item, contact us at kristinleest@gmail.com and mail your item to: C/O Kristin Leest, 2888 Salamander Creek Lane, North Charleston, South Carolina 29406.

 

Gifted items marked as such will result in a gift credit equal to the return's value. If the item wasn't marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Return Policy

 

For shipping returns, send your product to: C/O Kristin Leest, 2888 Salamander Creek Lane, North Charleston, South Carolina 29406. You are responsible for the shipping costs, which are non-refundable. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

 

If you are returning high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
